Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on your delivery area and will be calculated automatically at checkout. You may also choose our pick-up option at no charge.

Delivery Schedule & Recommendations

• Delivery date: Orders are delivered on the requested date between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
• Advance ordering: While orders are always delivered on the date you select, we recommend placing bulk orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure availability.
• Last-minute orders: We often have a wide variety on hand and can usually accommodate shorter notice orders. If a specific product is not available, we will contact you before confirming substitutions.
• Farm arrivals: In rare cases, shipments from the farms may arrive earlier or later than expected. If this affects your order date, we will reach out to coordinate.
• Best practice: We recommend receiving your flowers a couple of days prior to your event, especially if you will be arranging them yourself or need time for the blooms to open.

Delivery Conditions

• A signature is required for all bulk flower deliveries.
• We do not leave deliveries with neighbors unless specifically requested.
• If no one is available at the time of delivery, the order may be returned to our store. A second delivery fee will apply.
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses will also result in a second delivery fee.
